Terms &
Conditions
1. Mad Hatter Tea Company reserves the right to alter
prices, packaging, services and stock without notification,
subject to market fluctuations.

3. Mad Hatter Tea Company Retain title of goods until
payment has been received in full.
4. All goods must be checked and signed for at time of
delivery.
5. Any claims for shortages, damages or unsatisfactory
condition should be made at the time of, or within 24 hours
of delivery.
6. Minimum wholesale orders £75.00's UK only. Other
countries subject to pre-agreement. Please contact us for
further details.
7. Delivery. There is a 18 day turnaround required on Box
quantities. To enable us to deliver pallet quantities we
require 28 day notice.
8. Delivery is charged on orders outside our 95% coverage,
including mixed pallets. There is no charge for delivery on
orders of (none mixed) pallet quantities within the 95%
limit, of the Uk
9. All Goods must be paid for by pro-forma in cash by Bacs
Paypal or by cheque before delivery, except where an account
facility has been approved and confirmed in writing by our
accounts department.
10. A credit account is offered to clients with a minimum
monthly spend of £600’s. Processing a credit account
normally takes 15-30 days from reaching ourselves. Once a
credit account is opened confirmation in writing will be
sent by accounts department.
11. Credit accounts fall due for payment strictly 15 days
net.
PLEASE NOTE: - a fee of £15.00 will be charged for any
cheque that requires representation and a further £20.00 for
any cheque returned unpaid. If a cheque is returned unpaid,
only ‘Cash on Delivery’ (COD) terms are acceptable.
12. CANCELLATION. In view of the nature of the service, any
order - once confirmed by the Company - is not cancellable.
Cancellation of the Order by the Client will only be
accepted on condition that any costs, charges and expenses
already incurred, including any charges that will be levied
will be reimbursed to the Company forthwith.
13. GOVERNING LAW. These Terms of Trading shall be subject
to and construed in accordance with the laws of England and
the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the English courts
